Founded Applied Behavior Center for Autism in 1997 after her son Michael was diagnosed with ASD in 1995. Began as a home-based ABA provider, becoming Indiana's first ABA therapy provider. Instrumental in passing Indiana's Autism Insurance Mandate. Has grown the organization to 17+ centers and over 200 employees across Indiana.
