The founders and partners building a better path for the ABA community
Tim Saumier
Founder & CEOTim Saumier founded TYGES in 2002 and has spent more than twenty years in executive search, building one of the leading behavioral-health and ABA recruiting practices in the country over the past eight-plus years. He has spoken with thousands of ABA professionals throughout his career and understands the field's employment gap firsthand; his read on the ABA labor market has been featured in an interview with Behavioral Health Business.
CertifyndABA was Tim's brainchild, born from watching great clinicians and great companies struggle to find each other despite each genuinely needing what the other offered. He built the platform to close that gap for good. As Tim puts it, the mission has always been simple: make good things happen for other people.

John Pribesh
Co-Founder & CTOJohn Pribesh is a self-taught full-stack engineer and AI expert with more than fifteen years of experience spanning media, healthcare, govtech, and aerospace. As Co-Founder and CTO of CertifyndABA, he architected and built the platform end to end, including the search and matching tools that connect ABA professionals with employers.
He is also the founder of the software consultancy Devlime Labs, where he helps organizations modernize their systems with SaaS and AI expertise. John is equal parts engineer and mad scientist, happiest when he is deep in a build shipping something new. He brings that same energy to CertifyndABA every day, treating the platform as a living project that keeps getting better.

Behavior Analyst & Organizational Leadership ExpertDr. Paul "Paulie" Gavoni, Ed.D., BCBA-D, is a behavior analyst, educator, and leader who has spent over two decades shaping human performance and organizational leadership. He is a Wall Street Journal and USA Today best-selling author of 17 books and counting, including Deliberate Coaching, Quick Wins!, and Positional Authority Ain't Leadership. Dr. Gavoni is Founder of Heart & Science International and Co-Founder of The Behavioral Toolbox, and he hosts the Heart & Science of Leadership Podcast. A renowned keynote speaker, his career has spanned roles from COO to district behavior analyst, giving him a rare view into organizational leadership from every level of an organization.
Outside the boardroom, he is a celebrated boxing and MMA coach known as "Coach Paulie Gloves," a former Florida Golden Gloves heavyweight champion who has cornered world champions in the cage and the ring. Dr. Gavoni partners with CertifyndABA because he believes ABA organizations deserve the same behavior science they practice with clients applied to their own management; when that happens, RBTs, BCBAs, and behavior therapists get workplaces where they can truly grow and thrive.
