Founder & CEO
U.S. Army Ranger and veteran (1984-1988) who discovered his passion for supporting individuals with disabilities through Special Olympics volunteer work in 1986. Holds a Master's degree in Education (M.Ed.) from George Mason University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Co-founded APTS in 2002 after working at Northern Virginia Training Center (NVTC). Received the 2023 SABA International Development Grant for expanding ABA-based education to Ukraine.
