About AIM Services, Inc.
AIM Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1979 by a group of parents in Saratoga County, New York, to provide residential and community-based services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and traumatic brain injuries (TBI). With approximately 2,883 employees serving nearly 2,000 individuals across Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties, AIM is one of the largest OPWDD-approved providers in upstate New York. AIM is NOT an ABA therapy provider -- its services focus on residential support, community habilitation, self-direction, employment, day habilitation, respite, recreation, and supported decision-making. The organization holds CQL (Council on Quality and Leadership) accreditation and a 4-star Charity Navigator rating.
