Collaborative and client-centered environment

Very enjoyable, everyone there is so nice and all BCBAs are extremely helpful. Never felt more comfortable at a workplace. The company is growing and is very eclectic in its ABA practice. Client centered and collaborative between BCBAs and RBTs. Ongoing training is very good.

Professional atmosphere with great clientele

Collaborative work environment with the ability to do telehealth. Helpful supervision, fantastic clientele, professional atmosphere focused on client dignity and privacy.

Owner and office staff do not care about employees

The owner and office staff DOES NOT care about the employees. Asking for ANYTHING is a fight. Paid time off exists but you can NEVER use it when you need to. Management REALLY struggles with communicating with staff.

Company intentionally keeps the number of employees low so as to avoid providing benefits. Most direct therapy workers are supportive, professional, and good people who work hard, but the company doesn't care about employees or clients in the way it should.

Disorganized with misleading bonus agreements

The company is completely disorganized. Policies change without communication. Schedules change dramatically with little notice and employees are blamed if not aware. Misleading bonus agreements and punishment for good performance.
