Good company for starting in ABA
Great training provided with 40+ hours of detailed paid training. Company pays for RBT exam certification. Team is amazing with lots of support. Supervisors are generally helpful and supportive.

Hours are unstable and benefits lacking
Very unstable working conditions. Hours vary drastically from 40 to 25 due to client cancellations. No attendance policy for clients. Full-time BIs never get paid time off. No vacation, holidays, or sick pay.

Corporate focus on billable hours over clinical quality
Management is focused primarily on billable expectations. Changes in ownership and constant shifts in executive team have affected company culture. Training quality depends on which BCBA supervises you.
