Leadership staff are dishonest, manipulative, and lack compassion. Employees are yelled at, shamed, and made fun of publicly by their bosses. Heavy favoritism and rules are not applied consistently. Staff pressured to donate money to the company or volunteer their time despite low pay.

Amazing staff, therapists, and clients. People really care about each other. Learning a lot as a newer therapist. Great place to work with supportive colleagues.

Easy environment. Open management. Supervisors assist and not just give work. Benefits are a huge portion of why employees like working here. Paid Christmas break is a great perk.

Toxic work culture with management issues
Management is horrible — staff fighting with each other, very unprofessional with petty fighting, nasty emails and continual back stabbing. As you move up to management and CEO level, they are self-serving and do not care about employees, patients or culture. Micro management from Board and CEO.

Disregard for health and safety of staff and students. Heavy favoritism. Poor pay for the work expected. Rules not consistently applied across departments.

Teachers deal with passive aggressiveness from supervisors. Employees are not always heard when advocating for themselves. The organization lacks structure and clear communication.
