About The Resource Exchange
The Resource Exchange (TRE) is a nonprofit Community Centered Board founded in 1964 that provides case management, service coordination, early intervention (birth-3), and family support/respite services for roughly 13,000 children, adults, and seniors with disabilities, developmental delays, mental health needs, or long-term care needs across El Paso, Pueblo, Teller, and Park counties, Colorado. TRE does not deliver ABA therapy directly; it maintains a curated referral directory of roughly 20 community ABA providers for the families it serves.
