Rewarding but understaffed
Rewarding work and management does its best to train and accommodate staff, but the program is typically understaffed with no substitutes on hand, leading to overwork and some interpersonal friction.

Strong clinical team
Got to work alongside some of the most competent behavior technicians in the field — a passionate, eager-to-learn staff. Some organizational issues exist but are being addressed.
