Founded Spectrum of Hope in 2004 in Northwest Houston after her own child was diagnosed with autism. Built the practice into one of Houston's longest-running ABA providers and one of the first to offer services for adolescents and adults with autism (since 2011). Returned to lead the independent Spectrum of Hope organization in January 2026 following the MySpot break-up.
