info About Spectrum of Hope

Houston-based ABA therapy provider founded in 2004 by Kimberly Wallace, the mother of a child diagnosed with autism. Spectrum of Hope serves individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental, language, and behavioral disorders from age 15 months into adulthood, with center-based, in-home, school, and community-integrated services across the greater Houston area. In ~2022 Spectrum of Hope was acquired by Kids SPOT (a Pine Tree Equity Partners platform), and in August 2024 the combined family of brands rebranded as MySpot. In January 2026, MySpot was broken up: Step Forward ABA acquired the North Carolina and Virginia operations, the Florida assets reverted to the Kids SPOT brand, and Spectrum of Hope spun out to operate independently again under its original Houston leadership.
