Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS), founded in 1998 by Pam Hackett (MPT) and Diana Fongheiser, is a school-based therapeutic staffing agency that places occupational, physical, speech-language, and behavioral health clinicians (including BCBAs and RBTs) in schools and early intervention programs across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and beyond. Kelly Services (NASDAQ: KELY) acquired PTS in May 2022, and in March 2026 the business completed its rebrand as "Kelly Pediatric Therapy," fully integrating it into Kelly's education staffing division. Most clinicians work as 1099 independent contractors supporting IEP/mandated services in K-12 schools and early intervention settings.
