About Crotched Mountain Foundation
New Hampshire-based non-profit founded to help children and adults with disabilities and chronic conditions live, learn, and thrive in their own communities. Programs include CMF Kids (an autism family fund and Ready, Set, Connect! early-childhood ABA/autism clinic), adult day and community-based services, supportive/affordable housing, and home-based elder care across NH, ME, and NY. The organization's original Greenfield, NH residential school/rehabilitation campus was divested in 2020 (sold to Gersh Autism, later resold to Seven Hills Foundation); the current Crotched Mountain Foundation entity is headquartered in Manchester, NH and operates community-based programs.
