About Aspire Living & Learning - HQ
Aspire Living & Learning is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit human services and educational organization founded in 1981 as The Institute of Professional Practice (IPPI). It serves neurodiverse children and adults across five states (Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maryland), providing ABA therapy, autism services, special education, behavioral health, residential supports, vocational training, day programs, and foster care.
