The clinical work with kids is meaningful and BCBAs are supportive. However, upper management is unprofessional, manipulative, and constantly changes rules without notice. There is no HR department.

Company constantly hires new staff due to high turnover but still has a long waitlist. Staff are sometimes sent home due to overstaffing, then sessions are cancelled due to understaffing.

Aspire is a great place to start as a BCBA. Support from supervisors and colleagues is unmatched. The kids are fantastic and the clinical model is solid.
