The collaborative team environment and variety of clients provides a great place to learn how to apply ABA practices across the lifespan and receive supervision from a team of BCBAs with various experiences and backgrounds.

Managers/supervisors really care about the teams they work with and want to support their professional and personal growth. Caseloads are balanced and focused on best serving the clients while keeping employees healthy.

Great flexibility but pay could be better
The flexibility at this job is unmatched. Pay for drive time and admin tasks while some other companies do not. However, for how difficult the job can be it is easy to feel underpaid at times.

Understaffed and benefits have been reduced
The company is understaffed and could use more BCBAs and RBTs. Array has removed benefits originally offered including a week of vacation, reducing mileage by 50%, and increasing billable requirements.

High turnover and disorganized policies
Extremely high turnover of certified clinicians who accept middle manager positions has resulted in very disorganized policies and low morale.

Supportive supervisors and attentive leads
Supervisors are supportive and attentive to cases. They are not over-spread, supervision is guaranteed for cases monthly, leads are attentive and invested in their cases. Drive time and work outside of session are billable as admin, and mileage is reimbursed.
