Ardmore is very dedicated to their mission and truly cares about everyone (employees and individuals) Living Their Best Life. There are excellent benefits available to PT and FT employees, and benefit time adds up faster the longer you work full or part time.

Low compensation for the responsibility
Low compensation for the amount of responsibility. No regular raises, only recognition. Office management does not understand the challenges that field staff experience daily.
