Founding Director, CEO & Director of Education
Andrew Bailey earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati (1985) and an MA in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University (1991). Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist for 24+ years, he created the ACE Schools model for multidisciplinary treatment of neurodevelopmental impairments. In 2012, he was appointed Chair of the California Senate Select Committee on Autism's North Bay Regional Task Force.

Co-founded Anova in 2000 alongside Andrew Bailey, sharing a desire to help families in need of autism services.

CPA and parent of a child with developmental disabilities who joined as co-founder. Named Sonoma County Hometown Hero (2014), received American Red Cross Real Heroes designation (2015), Diana Nyad 'Find a Way' Award (2015), and North Bay Nonprofit Leadership Award (2018).
