Alice Keyl Austin

Founder, President & Executive Director

Dr. Alice Keyl Austin holds a PhD, BCBA-D (Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral), and LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) credentials. Her primary area of expertise is ABA-based early intervention for children with autism, with additional experience providing ABA services to school-aged children and adults with developmental disabilities. She is an adjunct professor at Oregon Institute of Technology, teaching graduate-level courses in behavior analysis. Dr. Austin served on the Oregon Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board (2013-2015) and is the current president of the Oregon Association for Behavior Analysis (ORABA). She founded AKA Consulting in 2011, which later became Anchor Academy.
