Good employees but management needs improvement
Employees were wonderful, however management was slightly scatterbrained and so everyday jobs were made harder than they needed to be.

The company values employees and works well with helping balance work and home life. The CEO is very accessible and engages in employee communication regularly. Benefits include transportation allowance, healthy meals offered, and great compensation.
