Best management and overall company
Worked at All Kids First as an OT for a year and a half. Best management and overall company I've worked for. The owner is dedicated to improving the lives of children.

Great clinical support
Supervisors are always available for support. Supervision is always helpful. Feedback always taken well from the RBTs to the BCBAs. BCBAs always happy to help their therapists succeed. The company has made strong therapists with outstanding support.

Good pay and benefits
Salary options with PTO and benefits. Hourly rates are pretty high compared to other places in the area.

Working here has been a nightmare
Working at All Kids First has been a nightmare. The company gives employees the bare minimum. Pay doesn't match workload. No personal days or vacation days, only sick time. Awful management.

Mentally exhausting atmosphere
Staff development director is completely underqualified with a poor attitude. The atmosphere is mentally exhausting with constant monitoring through cameras.

Great training and competitive pay
Paid training, incredibly organized, opportunities to learn. Approachable supervisor with great hours and competitive pay. BCBA on-site is knowledgeable, truly cares about clients, and supports you even hands-on with your clients.

Controlling supervisors
Very controlling and overbearing supervisors with a condescending manner. Home-based therapists aren't paid if the client cancels and don't receive mileage reimbursement.
