Family-like work environment
All About ABA treats their employees like family. The HR department and the scheduling department are absolutely amazing! They offer incentives, as well as monthly acknowledgements during their monthly team huddle, giving out Visa gift cards to show their appreciation.

Horrible company that doesn't care
Leadership is inexperienced and unqualified to manage clinical or operational aspects effectively. Communication is extremely poor; important decisions are made without informing or consulting staff. Management prioritizes billing and caseload expansion over ethical standards or client care.

Supportive management
Management is very professional and attentive to employees, and they train when necessary and respect the team. The company respects work-life balance and works hard to get clients what they need to be successful.

Lack of training and support
New employees are sent out with no training at all. There is no support other than the BCBAs. Clients are taken on without ensuring staff availability, and management prioritizes billing and caseload expansion over ethical standards.
