Good benefits but understaffed
Hours are good, insurance is excellent, and working atmosphere with direct colleagues is great. However, being overwhelmed and short-staffed is a typical day. Weekends still involve work. Hard to teach and handle behaviors when untrained people are put into classrooms because of staffing issues.

- Good hours
- Excellent insurance
- Great colleagues
thumb_down Cons
- Short-staffed
- Overwhelmed
- Untrained staff in classrooms

No support and very short staffed
No support from supervisors. Very short staffing. Questions can take days to get responses. Management doesn't like confrontation so issues between employees or job-related problems likely won't be solved.

- Very short-staffed
- Slow management response
- Conflict avoidance by management
