Small Company with Big Values
The company is owned by a team of 2 BCBAs that have both worked as therapists, one of them even for Adventure. Almost everyone in the company has worked as a behavior therapist. There is a constant flow of mentorship, support, and recognition.

Great place to work with super supportive and wonderful people. Competitive pay and a healthy work life balance. At Adventure they try to provide people with resources to prevent burn out and implement the feedback from employees.

Favoritism and Unethical Management
Favoritism throughout the company and unethical management. Owners are cocky and will make you feel small if you are not one of their favorites. Management shows MASSIVE amounts of favoritism and if you aren't in the office then you are NOT on that list.

Very bad administration, very disorganized bad communication and very negative employees. Lack of appreciation for employee.

Pay Based on Favoritism Not Qualifications
They pay based off of your work rather than experience or qualifications. Meaning you could be going to school or graduated and make less than someone who never graduated and works the same job.
