Advancing Beyond the Spectrum (ABS) is an ABA therapy company founded in 2015 by two BCBAs in Baltimore, Maryland. The company provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior therapy to children ages 2-21 with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays. ABS delivers in-home, school-based, community-based, and center-based services across Maryland and the DC metro area, with a newer center in Bel Air, MD. The company also offers parent training, advocacy services, and special education advocacy. ABS is bilingual (English/Spanish) and accepts Medicaid plus major commercial insurance plans including CareFirst, United/Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Magellan, and TRICARE.
