Great place to work with tons of room for advancement. Caring supervisors and owners that want to see you succeed. Training is very detailed.

Company is professional and accommodates school schedules. Provides training prior to client services and mileage compensation. However, recent changes to compensation pay structure based on cases with no additional pay for weekend sessions or substitute cases.

Mixed experience with management
Case management doesn't provide much detail on clientele or updates on client schedules, programs, or disabilities. Inconsistent hours though they were upfront about this.

Top-tier training and support
Company is top-tier when it comes to providing training and support for therapists. Supervisors are caring and very supportive. Pay for RBTs is the best for the area.

Rewarding seeing the growth and changes in clients. Supervisors answer questions timely and come out to sessions to help hands-on when needed.
