Schools operate under unsafe staffing-to-student ratios in buildings described as full of mildew. Training is inadequate and expectations are unreasonable. High turnover among staff.

Supportive staff and rewarding work
Services children receive are incredible. Staff is supportive and respectful. The teachers are excellent and passionate about what they do.

Great camaraderie among staff
Staff members share great camaraderie and most work collaboratively. Not afraid to ask for help when needed. However, administration talks about accountability but takes no action on their own responsibilities.

Compensation issues despite experience
