Best experience coming out of college
Working at ALC was by far the best experience coming out of college. The company has grown from home therapies to a more school-like atmosphere. Staff work collaboratively to ensure the best possible treatment for each child.

Supportive supervisors with room to grow
Supervisors are great and most staff get along well and work collaboratively. Given opportunities to grow as a professional. The company is incredibly dedicated to helping the larger community in childhood education and behavior services.

Well rounded but favoritism from owner
Most of the RBTs are friendly, however there is a lot of gossip. The owner of the company is always late and shows a ridiculous amount of favoritism and makes it awkward with the inequality given to certain employees. The company overall is well rounded with decent pay compared to others.
