One of the best places to work in ABA
Owners strive to provide high quality care to all clients and focus on giving technicians the knowledge and skill set to be successful during sessions. Wonderful place to work with a collaborative and supportive environment for RBTs and BCBA students.

Wonderful coworkers and supportive BCBAs
The team is filled with wonderful coworkers and incredibly supportive BCBAs who foster a collaborative environment. Both owners are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about serving the clients and families.

Would be great if management cared more for employees
Accelerate would be a fantastic company if their management took the time to properly acknowledge and care for their employees. Clients and other behavior technicians deserve better.

Mixed experience with low pay
Had a mixed experience at Accelerate ABA. The pay is extremely low, and while there are some benefits offered, the limited sick time and PTO leave much to be desired.

Worst company I've ever worked for
The owners/supervisors/BCBAs are insensitive, disrespectful, sneaky, cold, unsympathetic and inconsiderate. The staff and clients were amazing though.

High turnover, management issues
Company lost about one employee every four weeks with an exponentially quick turnaround that the owners did not adjust to. Management issues affect employee retention.

I do not recommend working here. Management is not supportive and judgmental in nature. They do not respect or accept feedback from others.
