Small facility with great coworkers
Very small facility with great coworkers, lovely clients. PTO builds up quickly and scheduling is somewhat flexible.

Management issues and low pay
Management is terrible with no professionalism. Extremely low pay for caregivers and dangerously short staffed all the time.
