Enjoyable team environment
Enjoyable to work because supervisors and other therapists all work as a team. If you ask for help, a supervisor will always be there to support.
thumb_up Pros
- Team-oriented environment
- Supervisors provide support
Supervisors care about career advancement
Most supervisors care about employee well-being and want to help with career advancement as long as you work hard. Management knew how to handle stressful situations without projecting onto employees.
thumb_up Pros

- Supervisors care about well-being
Retaliation and supervisor stress
They have retaliated against great employees. Seen a few employees stress because of supervisors and directors.
thumb_down Cons
- Retaliation against employees
- Stressful supervisor/director dynamics
Low pay and aggressive clients
Dealing with very aggressive clients with major behaviors daily results in constant stress and being drained by the end of the work day. Caseloads too high and support insufficient.
thumb_down Cons
- Aggressive clients
- High caseloads
- Insufficient support
- Stressful and draining
Supportive but sometimes isolated
Management is supportive, although there were times when you felt like you were on an island.
thumb_up Pros
- Supportive management
thumb_down Cons
- Can feel isolated at times
Low compensation and needs better training
Lower pay than other companies. Company needs to provide more effective training for therapists. Not great financial compensation or benefits if not working full-time with a master's degree.
thumb_down Cons
- Below market pay
- Needs better training
- Poor benefits for non-full-time
Money over clients
Consultants and supervisors care about clients and families, but the company doesn't want to increase wages for staff. Only cares about money, not clients.
thumb_up Pros

thumb_down Cons
- Company prioritizes money over clients
- Won't increase wages
