Love my job, feel supported
Feel supported constantly by coworkers and BCBAs. Work is fun much of the time. Owner is very involved with everyday operations and treats employees like family.

Favoritism and minimal raises
Raises are far and few between with minimal increases. Management plays favoritism and staff are guilt-tripped when sick or using PTO. Benefits were reviewed by a tax/benefits attorney and found not to be worth the effort.

Toxic and stressful environment
Very toxic and stressful. Management seems to not care about the people who work there. RBTs are sometimes forced to work with clients beyond their skill set and are not listened to regarding behaviors they are comfortable working with.

Best ABA company I've worked at
One of the best work cultures with constant positivity amongst techs, BCBAs, and clients. Management and staff are genuinely invested in the clients and everyone supports each other.

Good culture but pay needs improvement
Pay isn't the best for the job, but there are advancement opportunities like senior tech positions and it's easy to pursue becoming a BCBA. Benefits could be improved.
