Wonderful company with great training
New hires with zero experience in ABA receive full training and amazing support from the team and management. The company is very accommodating and genuinely cares about their people.

Loved the Work, Maybe more support administratively
Enjoyed working as a clinician, loved the team and clients. Wonderful supervisors to learn from. Well organized for in-clinic services. Wonderful team of sweet people.

Poorly managed with long hours
The company is poorly managed with a random and chaotic schedule. Concerns brought to management are swept under the rug. Long 9-hour work days with barely time to use the restroom. Required to clean the clinic before going home. No one stays for long.
