2020 Behavior empowers individuals with autism and developmental disabilities through comprehensive, BCBA-led ABA services, prioritizing self-advocacy and independence. Founded in 2018 by Charlotte Bell and Ramla Chaudhry, the company operates a unique single-tier service delivery model where Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide direct intervention rather than supervising technicians. All BCBAs have at least 7 years of experience, and each client is assigned one dedicated BCBA who works directly with the child and family. The approach is child-centered, naturalistic, and play-based.
