TYGES BHR (Behavioral Health Recruiting) is the ABA-focused staffing and executive search division of TYGES, a Williamsburg, Virginia recruiting firm founded in 2002 (originally The Yorktown Group). The Behavioral Health practice launched in 2012 and connects BCBAs, RBTs, clinic leadership, and support-function professionals (operations, compliance, quality, finance, HR, marketing) with ABA organizations operating in clinic, in-home, school, and residential settings nationwide. TYGES BHR is a recruiting/placement agency, not itself a direct clinical ABA service provider — job seekers work with TYGES recruiters to be placed at client organizations, though TYGES itself directly employs its own recruiting staff.
