Supportive team, could use better pay
Team is very supportive and helps with anything needed. Relaxed schedule with occasional days off. Enjoys working with the kids and parents are cooperative. Pay is an area for improvement.

Fun, appreciative management
Managers are fun and staff feel appreciated. Schedule is flexible and the team environment is collaborative and supportive.

Disorganized management
Started excited about the role, but management came across as inconsiderate and disorganized. Administrative team behavior was poor, and staff were let go despite chronic understaffing.
