Toxic culture, unrealistic workload
Support coordinators are pushed to do far more than the job entails with little positive feedback from leadership. Policies felt inconsistent and terminations were handled carelessly.
thumb_down Cons
- Little positive feedback from leadership
- Inconsistent policies
- Careless terminations
Meaningful work but heavy after-hours load
Client relationships felt genuinely rewarding and PTO is unlimited, but paperwork and deadline pressure meant working late nights often. Pay didn't feel proportional to the workload.
thumb_up Pros
- Meaningful client relationships
- Unlimited PTO
thumb_down Cons
- Heavy paperwork and deadlines
- Frequent late nights
- Pay not proportional to workload

thumb_down Cons
- Absence of effective leadership
- Excessive caseloads
- Burnout conditions
Great manager, frustrating company
My direct supervisor was supportive and the client work felt fulfilling, but I had safety concerns handling volatile clients and raises were minimal despite strong performance.
thumb_up Pros

- Fulfilling client work
thumb_down Cons
- Safety concerns with volatile clients
- Minimal raises
So far so good
Remote flexibility, a phone stipend, and solid benefits have made this a positive experience so far, though the home office setup makes managing paperwork a bit tight.
thumb_up Pros
- Remote work
- Phone stipend
- Strong benefits
thumb_down Cons
- Limited home office space for paperwork
Stressful with poor onboarding
Caseloads regularly exceeded 75 patients with inadequate training to prepare for it. Coworkers were supportive and remote work was a plus, but expectations felt unreasonable.
thumb_up Pros
- Work-from-home option
- Supportive colleagues
thumb_down Cons
- Caseloads over 75 patients
- Inadequate onboarding
- Unreasonable expectations
Overworked and underpaid
Field flexibility and schedule autonomy were nice, but large caseloads and frequent crisis situations took a toll on mental health, and pay didn't reflect the demands of the role.
thumb_up Pros
- Remote/field flexibility
- Schedule autonomy
thumb_down Cons
- Mental health strain
- Large caseloads
- Inadequate compensation
