Fun workplace, needs better management

Staff is friendly and welcoming, but the client/RBT relationship became unprofessional over time and management struggled to address it. Training and supervision felt insufficient.

Challenging and difficult

Most of the direct client work falls on the ABA therapist. Training was not effective and the role needs a more in-depth certification and onboarding process.
