A good and fun first job in the field, suitable for entry-level candidates. Can be stressful at times with occasional staff bias, but decent for someone starting out.

Flexible scheduling, good environment
Flexible scheduling and a good environment with supportive staff. Clients are fun to work with and there are lots of engaging activities.

Understaffed and high pressure
Initially appealing, but supervisors became very critical over time and everyone was stretched thin. High tension environment with inadequate compensation.
