About Professional Crisis Management Association
Founded in 1981 as PCMA (Professional Crisis Management Association), this organization provides ABA-grounded crisis-prevention and behavior-management training and certification (PCM and EDBT programs) to schools, ASD/ABA clinics, group homes, and other organizations. It rebranded to Pivot Crisis Intervention in June 2026; it does not itself deliver direct ABA therapy but trains staff at organizations that do, and offers BCBA/BCaBA CEUs.
