Pediatric Advanced Therapy (PAT) is a North Carolina multidisciplinary pediatric therapy provider founded in 1999 (originally as Integrative Therapy Concepts). PAT operates 10+ clinics across the Charlotte, Asheville, and Winston-Salem metros offering ABA therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, counseling, and psychological testing. PAT was acquired by JoyBridge Kids in November 2025 and now operates as part of the JoyBridge Kids platform (PE-backed by Frontline Healthcare Partners). Founder Lonny Bernath remains with the combined organization.
