Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is a private, non-profit community human services agency serving Franklin and Grand Isle Counties in Vermont since 1958. NCSS operates three divisions — Children, Youth & Family Services, Community Mental Health Services, and Developmental Services — providing mental health counseling, crisis/emergency response (including 988 Lifeline), autism and developmental disability supports, school-based services, and employment services.
