About Harwood Center
Harwood Center is a private nonprofit early-childhood therapy center in Memphis, TN, established in 1957. It provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech-language pathology, and feeding therapy for children age 2 through the transition to kindergarten who have developmental disabilities including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and speech/language disorders. Services are delivered primarily at a classroom-based clinic on the University of Memphis campus, with in-home components and family support, serving Shelby County and the surrounding Mid-South region (TN, MS, AR).
