About Harc Inc.
Harc, Inc. is a Hartford, CT nonprofit founded in 1951 by parents advocating for individuals with intellectual and related disabilities. It provides day services, residential services, employment services, and children & youth services (including a Birth to Three early intervention program staffed in part by Licensed Behavior Analysts) to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the Greater Hartford area, from infancy through adulthood.
