Best team I've worked with in ABA
Genuinely caring culture where leadership treats staff like people, not just employees. Flexible scheduling made it easy to build a sustainable caseload.
thumb_up Pros
- Caring culture
- Flexible scheduling
thumb_down Cons
- Pay lags larger ABA companies
Great starter job, promotes from within
Learned a lot from program supervisors and clinical directors. The mentorship helped me quickly build skills toward a senior role.
thumb_up Pros
- Strong mentorship
- Internal promotion opportunities
thumb_down Cons
- Onboarding training didn't fully prepare me for fieldwork
Good culture but benefits inconsistent
Coworkers and clinical leadership are supportive, but benefits administration has been inconsistent — some supervisors don't qualify for health insurance and PTO/sick-time policy has changed with little notice.
thumb_up Pros
- Supportive coworkers
thumb_down Cons
- Inconsistent benefits administration
- Below-market compensation
Fun, family-style workplace
Everyone is welcoming and management is approachable and fair. Genuinely good work-life balance for an ABA employer.
thumb_up Pros
- Family-style culture
- Work-life balance
thumb_down Cons
- Pay is lower than some other ABA companies
Rewarding but undertrained for the field
The work itself is meaningful and rewarding, but initial training doesn't fully prepare you for the realities of session work without strong support from your team.

thumb_down Cons
- Weak initial training

Solid company to start an ABA career and figure out if the field is right for you, with a lot of hands-on learning and approachable management.
