Great place to work and help others
Regular hands-on training and strong support from supervisors. Behavior technicians' input is valued, and it's rewarding to see kids make real progress.

Rewarding but repetitive, benefits were limited
Good fit for someone passionate about helping special needs children and rewarding to see progress, but the work can be repetitive. At the time, the company did not offer health insurance though it was working toward adding it.
