Founded Crossway Pediatric Therapy in 2004 after identifying a need for enhanced pediatric therapy services in the Charlotte area. Holds a post-professional OTD (Quinnipiac University, 2015), MS in Occupational Therapy (Washington University in St. Louis, 1999), and BS in Psychology (Indiana University, 1993). Also founded Crossway Academy and Crossway Middle School.
