Toxic, quota-driven workplace
Described a toxic and unorganized workplace where management focused on meeting quotas rather than supporting therapists or ensuring quality care. Called leadership unprofessional and said there was no real path for advancement. Company responded disputing the characterization.

Career advancement is achievable for dedicated employees, and BCBAs are willing to mentor and help staff develop clinically.
