Bait-and-switch on location assignment
They interview at one location where kids are on best behavior, then place you at a different, more challenging location.

Great coworkers, fun clients
Great coworkers and supervisors, clients are fun to work with. Workplace environment is good overall, though communication could be better.

Good starting point, pay below market
Many other RBT jobs pay more per hour than here. Good place to start if not yet certified, since they will hire uncertified applicants.

Supportive BCBAs, laid-back culture
BCBAs were always supportive, ideas and concerns were heard. Culture was laid back and pay was decent.

Flexible schedule as contractor
Can build a personal schedule and choose which clients are a good fit. Caseload builds quickly.

Owners became distant after second location opened
After opening a second center, co-owners were rarely at the original center, causing miscommunication and less quality control. Hourly wages were rarely increased and RBT/BCBA retention was not great.
