Thrive Autism Solutions was a St. Louis, MO-headquartered provider of home- and center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, founded in 2013 by Dr. Raelynn Hillhouse. At its peak it operated 6 locations across St. Louis, Kansas City, Columbia (MO), and Northwest Arkansas (Rogers/Bentonville), Little Rock, and Fort Smith, and was described as the largest home- and center-based ABA provider in Missouri and Arkansas. BlueSprig Pediatrics (KKR-backed) acquired Thrive's assets in July 2019. The Thrive brand has since been folded into BlueSprig; the original Rogers, AR clinic location has closed (per a 2025 Yelp listing showing it as closed), while BlueSprig now operates separate current Arkansas centers in Fort Smith, Fayetteville, and Bentonville.
